为更好的管理光润通科技有限公司(以下简称:我司)技术部;协调技术部与我司各个部门的分工合作制定本规章制度。此规章制度经我司人事部审核通过,对内发布之日起生效。 【技术部规章制度V1.0】 第 4 页 共 29 页 2 岗位设置 2.1 技术总监--Technical Director 2.1.1 职责(适用于中国) 一、业务职责 1、制订并组织实施技术系统工作目标和工作。 2、组织制订并实施技术系统规章制度和实施细则。 3、组织不合格品的审理工作。 4、组织技术、产品开发与创新。 5、组织建立并实施质量体系。 6、公司化、计量管理工作。 7、定期进行技术分析和质量分析工作,制定预防和纠正措施。 8、重要技术工艺设备、计量器具的申购。 9、技术系统文件等资料的整理保管及公司档案管理工作。 10、公司保密工作。 二、管理职责 1、组织建设 (1)、参与讨论公司部门级以上组织结构; (2)、确定下级部门的组织结构; (3)、当发现下级部门的岗位设置或岗位分工不合理时,要及时指出问题,作出调整,并通知人力资源部。 2、招聘及任免 A、用人需求 (1)、提出直接下级岗位的用人需求,并编写该岗位的岗位职责和任职资格,提交给总经理确认; (2)、确认直接下级提交的用人需求(含岗位职责和任职资格),并提交总经理确认。 B、面试 (1)、进行直接下级岗位的初试; (2)、进行直接下级的直接下级岗位复试,并做最后确定; 【技术部规章制度V1.0】 第 5 页 共 29 页 (3)、组织参与面试的人员。 C、不合格员工处理 (1)、提出对不合格直接下级的处理建议,提交总经理确认; (2)、确认直接下级提出的对不合格员工的处理建议,提交给人力资源部。 3、培训 (1)、提出对直接下级的培训计划,提交总经理确认; (2)、确认直接下级提出的培训计划,提交人力资源部。 4、绩效考评 (1)、提出直接下级的绩效考评原则,提交总经理确认; (2)、根据总经理确认的绩效考评原则,与人力资源部经理商讨并确定绩效考评方法; (3)、对直接下级进行考评,并进行考评沟通。将考评结果提交人力资源部。 5、工作沟通 (1)、汇总工作报告,并与总经理进行信息沟通,同时将这些信息传递到直接下级; (2)、负责将公司的政策、原则、策略等信息,快速、清晰、准确地传达给直接下级; (3)、确定书面的交互式的工作通报制度,与直接下属进行沟通。 6、激励 (1)、提议下级部门和直接下级的激励原则,提交总经理确认; (2)、根据总经理确认的激励原则,与人力资源部经理商讨并确定激励方法。 7、经费审核与控制 (1)、依据财务制度审批下级部门的各项花费,并确认支出的合理性; (2)、监督并控制下级部门的费用支出,并向总经理进行费用月报。 8、工作报告 (1)定期将自己的各项工作及下级部门工作以书面的形式向总经理报告。 9、表现领导能力 (1)、指导、鼓励、鞭策下级,使下级能努力工作; (2)、有办法提升下级的工作效果和工作效率; (3)、能为下级描绘公司的战略意图和远大前景。 【技术部规章制度V1.0】 第 6 页 共 29 页 2.1.2 职责(适用于国外) What you need for this position: - 10+ years of professional engineering experience with 5+ years as team lead or technical manager. - Must have shipped at least 3 console or PC titles in a senior engineering role. - Expert knowledge of C/C++ development. - Experience developing for current generation consoles. - Familiarity with leading 3D-engines, tools and pipelines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, etc.) - BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent). In this role, the Software Engineer will develop databases and database applications to support collection of IA metrics across the enterprise. Software Engineer/Database developer will be responsible in gathering statistics, maintaining, and monitoring of operational products. Prepare detailed testing and other documentation, as required. Create and maintain manual test cases and scripts. Enter defects appropriately and participate in defect triage meetings. Experience with Rational Functional Tester designing and creating test automation scripts. Participate in all project meetings, scrum calls, JAD Sessions etc., Create and maintain automated test cases. Experience testing at component level, experience with XML parsing - nice to have. May create and maintain simple to complex SQL queries based on the project need. Participate and contribute in coming up with test automation framework and strategy, if needed. Identify appropriate test data to cover the planned test scenarios and create test data, as needed. May write comprehensive application quality assurance test plans. Test and verify system and database models to ensure quality and integrity. Apply the software testing processes and best practices adhering to the organization’s standards.
