第九单元:今天与明天——迎接挑战 Unit2 What's the Matter,Mike(小学英语六年级) Unit2  What's the matter,Mike? 第一课时 教学目标: 1、能够听、说、读、写短语:have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache. 2、能够听、说、认读短语:have a sore throat. 3、能够听、说、认读句型:What’s the matter, Mike? I feel sick. I have a fever.并进行关键词的替换操练。 教学重点: 1.听、说、读、写短语“have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache”。 2.听懂、会说句子What’s the matter? 并会用询问他人状况的问句和答句替换关键词操练所学新词和短语。 教学难点:四会单词、短语的书写及其发音。 课前准备: 1、教师准备本课时所需的词卡。 2、教师准备录音机和录音带。 3、教师准备本单元的挂图。 教学过程: 1、  Warm-up Daily oral practice. Good morning! Glad to meet you. How are you? What are you? What is your mother? 2、        Preview (1) Let’s chant (2) Let’s start When we want to learn something, we can come to school. When we feel hungry, we can go to KFC. When we feel sick, we can go and see a doctor. We should go and see a doctor when we feel sick. Look! We have some new friends here. Who are they? Are they happy? Where are they? What are they doing? What’s the matter with them? 3、  Presentation (1)、T:This is a thermometer. If I have s fever, it will tell me. I don’t have a fever today. I feel well. But Mike doesn’t feel well. He has a fever. Teach “have a fever”. Do you have a fever? (2)、T:What’s the matter with the straw man?引导学生说出 S:He has a headache.T:Does the monkey have a headache,too? Teach “have a headache” (3)、T:The monkey doesn’t have a fever. What’s the matter with him? Yes, his leg hurts.T:My arm hurts. His ear hurts. Her nose hurts. My nose hurts. (4)、T:Here are some sweets. I like eating sweets. So I often have a toothache. Teach have a toothache/headache. (5)、I don’t feel well. I have a fever. I have a headache. I have a sore throat. My nose hurts. What’s the matter with me? Guess!” Teach have a cold. (6)、Activity one: Play a game. (7). 教师领读 Let’s learn部分。 4、  Consolidation and extension (1)背诵并抄写本课时的四会短语。 (2)请学生分别扮演医生和病人,用句型What’s the matter? I have a fever/ My leg hurts…来提问,回答并附以相应的动作,表情。 板书设计: What’s the matter with Mike? He has a fever. I have a headache/ have a toothache/ have a sore throat/ have a cold.     第二课时 教学目标: 1、能够听、说、认读主要句型: How do you feel? I feel sick. What’s the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts.并能在实际情景中熟练运用。 2、能够书写四会句子:What’s the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts. 3、Let’s try. 4、能够了解几个音标的音与形;能够读出例词并选择音标与单词、配图正确连线。 教学重点、难点: 1.How do you feel? I feel sick. What’s the matter? My throat is sore. My nose hurts.等重点句型的熟练运用。 2.两个元音音标的辨别及音和形。 3.听、说、读、写熟练掌握四会句型。 课前准备: 1、教师准备本课时所需的词卡。 2、教师准备录音机和录音带。 3、教师准备let’s talk部分的挂图。 教学过程设计 1、Warm-up Free talk 2、Preview (1)、 What’s the matter with Mike? (2)、Let’s try 3、Presentation (1)、T:You do well in your English study. I feel very happy. How about you? How do you feel? S:“I feel sick.” (2)、T:What’s the matter? I have a sore throat. I feel sick.   第三课时 教学目标: 1、能够理解并会朗读Let’s read部分的短文,能完成文后回答问题的练习。 2、能听,说,认读单词和短语:people, know, have the flu, take some medicine等。 3、了解Good to know部分的。 教学重点: 能够充分理解并正确朗读短文。 教学难点: 能理解条件状语从句和时间状语从句并能用这两种从句简单回答。 课前准备: 1、教师准备录音机及本课时的录音带。 2、教师准备Let’s learn部分的单词卡片。 3、教师准备一张调查表。 教学过程设计 1、  Warm-up Daily talk. 2、  Preview Play a game. 3、  Presentation (1)、T:I have a headache. S:Yes/ No. (2)、T:I have the flu. Teach flu. (3)、T:How do you feel if you have the flu? S:I have a headache. I have a sore throat. (4)、T:If you have the flu, you should go and see the doctor or take some medicine. Teach medicine/take some medicine. (5) Q1.How do you feel if you have the flu?  Q2.What do you do if you have the flu? (6) T:How do you know when you have the flu? If you have a fever, you might have the flu. (7) Follow the tape. (8) Make a survey. If you have a fever, you might have the flu.     第四课时 教学目标: 1、能够听、说、读、写五个四会单词: tired, angry, excited, happy, sad. 2、能够听、说、认读单词bored. 3、能够听、说、认读句子: How does Amy feel? She’s tired.并能进行关键词的替换操练。 教学重点: 四会单词的熟练掌握,并能替换句型“How does he/she feel? He/She’s……”中的关键词进行问答。 教学难点:熟练掌握五个四会单词。 课前准备: 1、教师准备本课时所需的词卡。 2、教师准备录音机,录音带和挂图。 教学过程设计 1、  Warm-up Free talk How do you feel if you have the flu? 2、  Preview Play a game. 3、  Presentation (1)、T:Who is the winner? You look so happy/sad.并能能够听、说、认读句子: I’m going on a big trip. I failed the math test. I’m sorry to hear that. 教学难点:使学生能够陈述产生某种心情的原因。 课前准备: 1、教师准备本课时所需的词卡。 2、教师准备录音机和录音带。 3、教师准备 本课时的挂图。 教学过程设计 1、  Warm-up Free talk How are you today? I’m fine./ I’m bored.
